Crests were awarded to three government departments in the closing ceremony on the occasion of Local Government Day in Dhunat Upazila of Bogra. The departments are – Upazila Agriculture Directorate, Upazila Engineering Directorate and Upazila Public Health Engineering Directorate.
On Tuesday afternoon in the Dhunat Upazila Parishad meeting room as the chief guest, the MP of Bogra-5 Constituency Alhaj¦ Habibur Rahman handed over the crest of honor to the heads of the three departments.
Dhunot Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Nurul Amin also attended the event, Dhunat Municipality Mayor AGM Badshah, Vice Chairman Mohsin Alam, Popi Rani Poddar, Upazila Agriculture Officer Asaduzzaman, Upazila Engineering Officer Monirul Saj Rijon, Upazila Social Service Officer Abdullahel Kafi, Upazila Public Health Engineering officer Rozina Akhtar Sumi, A-League leader Golam Sobahan, Zainal Abedin, Sirajul Haque Liton along with party leaders and officials of various government departments.
